精神分裂症患者的性功能状况调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解精神分裂症患者的性功能状况,为防治精神分裂症患者的性功能障碍提供资料和信息。方法男性入组172例,其中正常对照组30例,精神分裂症患者住院组85例,门诊组57例。女性入组125例,其中正常对照组30例,精神分裂症患者住院组52例,门诊组43例。用自编的简明性功能障碍自评量表进行调查,男性量表涉及性能力减退、性恐惧及性痛楚三方面。女性量表涉及月经紊乱、性功能减退、性痛楚及性恐惧四方面。结果男性及女性精神分裂症患者均表现出性功能障碍的高发生率,男性住院组为57.6%,门诊组为47.4%;女性住院组26.9%,门诊组为37.2%,与正常对照组比较均有统计学意义。结论精神分裂症患者性功能障碍发生率高,抗精神病药是主要危险因素。Objective To investigate the sexual dysfunction in the patients with schizophrenics. Methods There were 30 normal control, 57 schizophrenic outpatients and 85 inpatients in male group, and 30 normal control, 43 schizophrenic outpatients and 52 inpatients in female group. All cases were tested by self - made Brief Sexual Dysfunction Self - rating Scale. Scale for male had 3 dimensions ： reduction of sexual capability, fear of sex and sexual pain, and that for female had 4 dimensions ： disorder of menses, reduction of sexual capability, sexual pain and fear of sex. Results 57.6% male inpatients, 47.4% male outpatients, 26.9% female outpatients and 37. 2% female inpatients complain of sexual dysfunction. Both male and female schizophrenics had significantly higher incidence of sexual dysfunction than normal control. Logistic regression revealed that main risk factor was antipsychotic drugs. Conclusion Sexual dysfunction is a common problem in both male and female schizophrenics, and the main risk factor is antipsychotics.
