氦氖激光辐照红霉素链霉菌诱变育种的研究

摘　　要：本文报道了氦氖激光对红霉素链霉菌孢子及原生质体的诱变效应，分离到红霉素发酵单位提高２７２％的辐照株，并用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法。The effects of mutation on the spora and protoplast of strepfomyces erythreus were studied by He Ne laser.High yielding strain of erythromycin was also obtained,which increase the unit of fermentation by about 27 2% higher than that of the control.And the esterase isoenzyme patterns of mutants were also studied by polyacrolamide gel electrophoresis.
