摘　　要：首都医科大学承担的国家社科规划办"医患关系对构建和谐公平社会的影响及对策研究"课题组,2007年对全国十个省市进行了问卷调查,通过对患者隐私的尊重和保护层面的调查,结果显示,主流是好的,但仍存在一些不足。并对如何改进做了分析与建议。The research team of capital medical university raised a program on ＂the influence of physician - patient relationship on a harmonious and just society and research countermeasures＂ in ten Chinese provinces and cities, which is directed by national planning office of social sciences. The investigation result shows that mainstream of respect and protection for patients＇privacy is satisfying, but there are still some insufficiencies to be improved. Countermeasures on improvement are also come up with in the paper.
