摘  要:采用硅胶室温干燥法,将陕西吴起县种源小叶锦鸡儿种子含水量由6.7%降至5.5%,4.6%,4.1%和3.7%,对不同含水量小叶锦鸡儿种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、相对电导率、脱氢酶活性和α-淀粉酶活性进行测定,并对小叶锦鸡儿种子老化(50℃,30 d)后发芽率和活力及生理生化指标进行测定。结果表明:小叶锦鸡儿种子含水量不低于4.6%时,种子发芽率、脱氢酶活性、α-淀粉酶活性保持在相对较高的水平;超干燥种子抗老化能力强与自然干燥含水量种子无明显差异。试验证明:当含水量不低于4.6%时,利用超干技术保存小叶锦鸡儿种子是可行的。Caragana microphylla seeds, harvested in Wuqi County, Shaanxi Provance, were dried by silica gel from the moisture content of 6.7 % to 5.5 %, 4.6 %, 4.1% and 3.7 %. The germination potential,germination rate, germination index, vigor index, relative conductivity, activities of dehydrogenase and α-amylase of the seed were measured. After drying the seeds were aged (50 ℃, 30 d), some physiological indices were measured. The results showed that seed germination rate and viror index maintained at high level when the moisture content was not less than 4.6%. Under aging condition, the germination rate and physiological characteristic of the seeds with ultra-drying treatment decreased less than those of the seed without ultra-drying treatment indicating that ultra-dry storage of C. microphylla seed is feasible.
