摘  要:高等教育大众化凸显了高等教育在社会服务方面的派生性功能,但同时湮没了其在人才培养方面的独立价值。从发展心理学、人本主义和终身教育的角度分析,高等教育人才培养的独立价值其根本目的在于促进人的全面发展。高等教育中的两对基本矛盾——本体价值与派生功能之间的矛盾、通识教育与专业教育的矛盾——决定了高等教育必须树立人才培养的独立价值观。高等教育可以与基础教育相互协调,并在高校进行通识课程改革,从而确立其独立价值。The popularization of higher education highlights the derivative function of in the social services of high education, but at the same time annihilate the independent value of its personnel training. From analyzing the point of view of the developmental psychology, the humanistic and lifelong education, the fundamental purpose of the independent value for the personnel training of higher education is to promote the all-round development. Two pairs of basic contradiction of higher educationthe noumenon value and the derived functions, the general knowledge education and the professional education-decided the higher education must establish the independence values of talent training. Higher education can be coordinated with the basic education, and carried out the general education curriculum reform in the university, then to establish the value of its independence.
