摘　　要：城市污水处理再利是我国环境保护和水资源利用一项重要举措,现对我国城市污水处理产业化、市场化发展现状进行研究分析,对城市污水处理产业存在问题及其原因分析,并在法律政策、市场机制等方面提出相应对策和建议。Urban sewage treatment is benefit to China＇s environmental protection and utilization of water resources is an important measure. The author analyzed the present status of China＇s urban sewage treatment industry and market-oriented development, and existing problems and reasons of China＇s urban sewage treatment industry, then put forward some suggestion to legal policy and market mechanism.
