Vitapex根充糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察Vitapex根充糊剂在治疗慢性根尖周炎一次性根尖周注入后根管充填的临床疗效。方法:对158颗慢性根尖周炎患牙,在根充前从根管内注入Vitapex根充糊剂到根尖周,再进行根充治疗,观察其疗效。结果:治愈156颗,失败2颗,治愈率98.2%。结论:Vitapex根充糊剂注入根尖周治疗慢性根尖周炎的效果满意。Objective： To observe vitapex on the treatment of chronic periapical diseases once from root-canal immissioned periapex after effective radiacl treatment. Methods： For 158 cases of chronic periapical, immission periapex was performed with Vitapex after radical treatment. And its postoptrative reaction was observed. Results： The effective treatment dominant was 98.2%. Conclusion： Immission periapex with Vitapex for the treatment of chronic periapical was effective.
