摘  要:采用常规真菌分离法,将灵武长枣病斑病原菌分离、纯化,移至PDA(马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基)平板上,在28℃下进行培养,通过观察,初步认定该病原菌属于曲霉科青霉属。同时采用臭氧及TBZ对该菌进行抑制性试验。结果表明,臭氧质量浓度为100 mg/m3,含量4.5%TBZ的质量浓度为5 g/m3,对该菌有较好的抑制作用。Lesion pathogens of the Lingwu Long Jujube were separated and purificated with the method of conventional fungi separation. Then moved to PDA flat and cultured under 28 ℃. The results showed that the pathogens were belonged to penicilliumsp. At the same time, antimicrobial effects of ozone and TBZ treatment on the pathogens were determined respectively. The results showed that the treatment with 100 μg·L^-1 ozone and 5 g/m^3 TBZ could remarkably inhibited the pathogens.
