摘  要:目的探讨18F-FDG PET/CT在诊断肺部占位性病变中的价值。方法对100例肺部占位性病变进行回顾性分析,比较PET/CT与PET及CT的诊断准确性,不同大小肿瘤的SUV,不同病理类型肺癌的SUV。结果(1)PET/CT的诊断敏感性、阴性预测值和准确率优于CT(P<0.01),PET/CT的特异度优于PET(P<0.05)。(2)依据肿瘤大小分为<3cm,3~5cm,>5cm组,各组间SUV两两比较应用SPSS13.0软件LSD法,<3cm组与与>5cm组P=0.002P<0.01,SUV有统计学差异。(3)鳞癌组与腺癌组SUV差异无统计学意义(P=0.821)。结论18F-FDGPET/CT在诊断肺部占位性病变中将PET代谢学特征密切结合CT的形态学表现可大大提高诊断准确性,达到优势互补的目的。Objective To evaluate ^18F- FDG PET/CT in diagnosing pulmonary occupying lesion. Methods 100 cases of pulmonary occupying lesion were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnosis validity of PET, CT, PET/CT; the SUV of different size occupying lesions; and the SUV of different pathology occupying lesion were compared respectively. Results (1) The sensitivity, predictive value and accurate of PET/CT were higher than those of CT(P〈0. 01), the specificity of PET/CT were higher than that of PET(P〈0.05). (2) According to the size of tumor, divided cases into 3 groups: 〈3cm group, 3-5cm group and 〉5cm group. The SUV of 〈3cm group was lower than that of 〉Scm group. (3) there were no significant difference between the SUV of squamous carcinoma and that of adenocarcinoma(P=0.821, P〉0.05). Conclusion PET/CT fusion imaging combined biological metabolism character with morphologic appearance and improved the diagnosis validity consumedly.
