水分处理对不同专用小麦旗叶和籽粒GS活性和产量的影响

摘  要:以中筋小麦豫麦49和弱筋小麦豫麦50为材料,采用盆栽方法研究了40%FC、60%FC和80%FC对旗叶和籽粒中谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性和籽粒产量的影响。结果表明:旗叶中GS活性较籽粒中GS活性高,不同水分处理下豫麦49叶片在籽粒形成和灌浆盛期GS活性表现为60%FC>80%FC>40%FC,其他时期表现为80%FC下最高,40%FC最低,其籽粒和豫麦50叶片和籽粒GS活性均以80%FC下最高。两个品种的产量以80%FC最高,40%FC最低,60%FC居中。且旗叶和籽粒GS活性在籽粒灌浆盛期与产量都达到了极显著水平。In order to understand the effects of 40% FC, 60% FC and 80% FC on Glutamine Synthetase (GS) activity of flag leaves and grain and quality of winter wheat with specialized end-uses, pot experiments were carried out. The results showed that GS activity in flag leaf was higher than in grain, the activity among three water treatments showed: In grain formation and filling, GS activity in flag leaves showed: 60% FC〉80%FC〉 40% FC, In other stage showed that: 80% FC〉60% FC〉40% FC with Yumai 49. The GS activity of grain of Yumai 49 and the leaves, grain of Yumai 50 showed: 80%FC〉60%FC〉40%. The highest grain yield in the 80% FC treatment and 40%FC had the lowest grain yield. There was a significant correlation between GS activity of flag leaves and grain and grain yield during the middle stage of grain filling.
