摘 要:以聊城大学为例,就大学生对网络学习资源的了解程度、态度及使用资源的频率、类型、遇到的问题等进行了详细的调查与分析。调查发现大学生已经认识到了网络学习资源的重要性,但对资源的了解程度、资源利用意识、使用频率、检索能力等方面还有待于提高。最后结合访谈,对如何提高大学生网络学习资源利用率提出了一些相关建议。This study investigates the use of online learning resources among 424 undergraduates from 22 faculties in Liaocheng University. It adopts the instruments of questionnaire and interview, and focuses on these students' familiarity with, and attitude to, the online learning resources, frequency of using the materials, types of resources used, and possible problems in using the materials. The 415 valid questionnaires collected cover students from most disciplines in the university. The statistical analysis using SPSS for Windows 13.0 shows: undergraduates' familiarity with the online learning resources, their awareness and frequency of using the materials, and their information retrieval ability are all to be improved. The authors put forward a series of suggestions to help improve the situations: undergraduates need to be encouraged to use online learning resources frequently through promotional work; learner support needs to be provided through online resources development and maintenance; teachers need to integrate these learning resources into their daily teaching practice so as to stimulate their motivation.
