摘 要:目的:探讨中药消化复宁汤治疗肝郁脾虚证的作用机制。方法:将清洁级Wistar雄性大鼠60只,随机分为正常组、模型组、消化复宁汤组、逍遥汤组、莫沙必利组,按照苗明三方法,复制肝郁脾虚证模型,分别灌胃给予消化复宁汤、逍遥汤、莫沙必利等药物,观察各组血清胃泌素、血浆胃动素含量及胃排空、小肠推进运动的变化。结果:与正常组比较,血清胃泌素、血浆胃动素和小肠推动率显著降低(P<0.01),胃酚红残留率显著升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,莫沙必利组、逍遥汤组和消化复宁汤组血清胃泌素、血浆胃动素和小肠推动率显著升高(P<0.01),胃酚红排泄率显著降低(P<0.01);与逍遥汤组比较,消化复宁汤组上述指标均存在显著性变化(P<0.05);与莫沙必利组比较,除了胃酚红残留率外,上述指标均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:消化复宁汤可显著提高肝郁脾虚大鼠血清胃泌素、血浆胃动素含量,促进胃排空,提高小肠的推进功能,这可能是其临床作用基础之一。Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Xiaohua Fu Ning Decoction in treating traditional Chinese syndrome of stagnation oi liver-qi and deficiency of spleen-qi (SLDS). Methods: Sixty male SPF grade were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal group, model group, Xiaohua Fu Ning Decoction group, Xiaoyao Decoction group and rnosapride group. The rat model of SLDS syndrome was induced according to Miao's method. The model rats were administered by intragastric injection of Xiaohua Fu Ning Decoction, Xiaoyao Decoction and mosapride, respectively. The serum gastrin, plasma motilin, gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion rate were observed and compared among groups. Results: The serum gastrin, plasma motilin and small intestine propulsion rate in model group were significantly decreased as compared with those in normal group(P〈0. 01) ,while the residue rate of phenol red in the stomach were significantly increased( P〈0. 01). Compared with those in model group, the serum levels of gastrin, the plasma levels of motilin and small intestine propulsion rate in mosapride group, Xiaoyao group and Xiaohua Fu Ning Decoction group were significantly increased(P〈0.01), while the residue rate of phenol red in the stomach was significantly decreased (P〈0.01). There was significant difference in above-mentioned indexes between the Xiaoyao group and the Xiaohua Fu Ning Decoction group (P〈0.05). Compared with those in mosapride group, except for the residue rate of phenol red in the stomach, all above-mentioned indexes were increased(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Xiaohua Fu Ning Decoction can markedly increase the serum level of gastrin and the plasma level of motilin, and improve gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion function in rats with SLDS syndrome, which might be related to its clinical effects.
