摘　　要：中国共产党十七大的召开,新党章的颁布,赋予高校学生党支部建设新的历史使命,加强学生党支部建设意义重大。目前,高校学生党支部建设还存在一些不足,应利用"三个平台"和坚持"五个结合"来加强学生党支部建设。The new Party Constitution promulgated from the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China gave the new historic mission to the construction of the student Party branch in colleges and universities. There is of great significance to strengthen the student Party branches construction. At present there lack of some measures in the student party branch construction, the construction of the student party branch should be on the basis of three platforms and five combinations.
