摘  要:通过构造两种不同类型的神经元房室模型,研究房室模型的相异性对神经元发放特性的影响。首先运用两种模型先后对丘脑皮层神经元的放电现象进行模拟,接着通过分析仿真结果与实验结果的相似性,得出了两者中能够刻画丘脑皮层神经元的最优模型;最后通过对丘脑皮层兴奋性突触后电位的模拟,对模型做了进一步的检验。The effect of different compartmental model is mainly studied on the neuron spike v/a constructing two different types of neuron compartmental model. First of all, the spike phenomenon of single thalamocortical neuron is simulated, making use of these two models. Followed, the result comparability is analyzed between simulation and experimentation, tical neuron. Finally, and got hold of the optimal model that is able to exactly depict properties of single thalamocorthrough the simulation on single thalamocortical excitatory post-synaptic potential, further testing for the optimal model is made out.
