摘　　要：主要论述了医院知识管理的内涵以及知识管理与医院人才队伍建设之间的关系,进而提出了基于知识管理的医院人力资源管理与开发策略。This paper mainly discussed the content of the hospital＇ s knowledge management and the relationship between the knowledge management and the hospital personnel system. On the basis of this, the strategy of management and development of hospital human resources was proposed based on knowledge management.
