摘　　要：介绍利用学术期刊的品牌资源举办行业学术会议的优势:办好行业学术会议,扩大了期刊的知名度,强化了期刊的作者队伍建设,组织了优秀的稿件,完善了审稿专家数据库,调动了编辑和编委的竞争意识并增强了竞争能力,从而提升了学术期刊的无形资产价值。指出了办好学术会议应注意的问题。In recent years, the academic conferences have played an important role in promoting the development of academic journals. This paper shows the advantages of academic conferences hold by the well-established academic journals, i. e. , to promote the fame of the academic journals, have better authorship, attract high quality contributions, perfect the database of peer reviewers, maneuver the competition consciousness, and enhance the ability of editors and editorial committee. It also can promote its intangible assets. At last, this paper indicates some issues that should be paid attention to in holding academic conferences.
