《周易》圆道与任督循环探析

摘　　要：运用《周易》圆道的基本原理,探讨了任督循环的圆道特征。根据"乾为首,坤为腹"和"言人身之阴阳则背为阳,腹为阴"的规则,认为任脉属阴爻,督脉属阳爻,任督二脉犹如乾坤二卦,为十二经脉之父母。任督二脉在交接上构成顺畅的、合抱型、封闭式圆道。在循环走向上既存在任升督降(正)的营气循环模式,也存在着督升任降(反)的元气循环模式,构成正反振荡的太极模式。任督还是生命起源之基础,谷气二道之要隘,气机升降之动力,三焦命门之纽带。其生理、病理与养生、治疗等意义均居十二正经之上。Based on the Circle of Zhou Yi （ The Book of Changes）, this article discusses the circulation of the Du and Ren Meridians. According to the principles that ＂Qian is the head, abdomen is Kun＂ and ＂yang is the back, abdomen is yin＂, we believe that Ren Meridian is Yin Yao, Du Channel is Yang Yao, Ren and Du are the parents of twelve channels, like the same Qian and Kun. Du and Ren come to each other formed a smooth and closed structure with a ring. In the loop on the direction, there is a cycle model of nutritive Qi which Du is descending and Ren is ascending, and there is also a cycle model of primordial Qi which Du is ascending and Ren is descending. They together constitute the pros and cons of the Tai Chi oscillation mode. The circulation of the Du and Ren Meridians is also the origin of life ,the pass which food and air access to, the power of and the pivot of triple warmer and gate of life. The significance of its physiology, pathology and health preserving, treatment, and so on is higher than twelve channels＇.
