摘　　要：时间管理对于本科生具有重要意义。以某高校为例创建本科生时间管理评估体系(TMESU)并说明其利用方法。TMESU的建立过程主要是通过文献、访谈与问卷法,寻求时间管理内部要素与外部影响因素,并对其进行权重分配,进而建立起时间管理优度、时间管理相关因素与学生个人绩效三个评估体系。体系建成后,高校可基于个体学生在三个评估体系中各因素的得分,对学生时间管理现状作出SWOT分析,进而提出学生个人时间管理能力提高方案。Time management is very important to undergraduate students. This paper takes a university for example and sets up the Time Management Evaluation System for Undergraduates （referred to as TMESU）, and explains the utilization of the system. The establishment process of TMESU is to search for time management＇s inner elements and outer related factors through theses, interviews and questionnaires, and establish Time Management Level System, Time Management-related Factor System and Individual Performance System, with coefficients set. After the establishment of the system, the universities can make SWOT analysis of a student＇s time management manner, based on his or her scores in the TMESU, and give suggestions on enhancing their time management ability.
