摘　　要：目的：建立测定蒙药巴特日七味丸中没食子酸含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。应用Spherisorb C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱；以甲醇-0．1％磷酸水溶液（15：85）为流动相；流速为0．8mL·min^-1；检测波长为273nm；柱温为25℃。结果：没食子酸在0．102—0．306μg范围内，与峰面积具有良好的线性关系，r=0．9999；平均回收率为98．89％、RSD为1．41％（n=6）。结论：该方法简便、快捷、准确、重复性好，可用于巴特日七味丸中没食子酸的含量测定。Objective： To explore the establishment of Bateri Qiwei Pills of Gallic acid the way. Methods ： HPLC. Applicationcolumn; methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid solution（ 15： 85） as mobile phase flow rate of 0. 8mL · min^-1 ;detection at 273nm; column To 25 ℃. Results ： of Gallic acid in 0. 102 0 0. 306μg range,with the peak area has a good linear relationship, r = 0. 9999 ; verage recovery rate was98.89%. RSD tol. 41 （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion ： ethod is simple, fast, accurate, reproducible and can be used for Bateri Qiwei Pills Gallic acid in the determination.
