协同区域产业发展空间布局初探--以沿淮城市群为例

摘　　要：沿淮城市群是经济发展水平落后地区,目前尚未形成一个相互依存、互补协调、功能完善的协同体。论文分析了产业发展及问题,基于现状条件和未来趋势预测的基础上,提出以产业链合作为主线,以产业园区为载体,以产业集群为主要形式,构建一个布局合理、分工有序、级配适当的产业空间布局及结构。The urban agglomeration along Huaihe River is a comparatively underdeveloped area which has not formed an integrated industry system yet. This paper analyzes the development and problems of the industries of the area. Based on the current situations and trend analysis, it suggests setting up an integrated industrial system with reasonable hierarchical layout and orderly division of labors, which is demonstrated in the forms of industrial chains, industrial parks or industrialclusters.
