摘　　要：通过分析新形势下高校思想政治教育工作遇到的新情况和新问题,论述了发挥高校思想政治教育在创新人才培养中的作用,提出了高校思想政治教育工作在教育理念、教育方法和工作机制等方面的创新路径。It emphasizes the importance of innovation in university＇s ideological and political education through the analysis of the new situations and problems in the education of university＇s ideological and political work. And it puts forward the innovative ways to solve the problems.
