摘　　要：首先根据网络管理的目的和标准，阐述了网络管理职能的内涵，然后结合我军部队院校网络实验室信息安全管理的实际，从实用性和可操作性2个方面分析了军队院校网络管理工作。针对一些具体问题展开了深入的分析和研究，以期可以帮助广大的部队院校网络管理人员拓展工作思路，更加有效的开展工作。The paper sets forth the connotation of network management according to the purpose and the standard of that. Then the paper analyses the network information safety issue in the military colleges universities practically. Besides, some new understanding about network management was put out according to the authors＇ research, which would be helpful to the college network administrators.
