摘　　要：结合材料学院实验室建设和实验教学改革的实践，系统总结了实验中心在实验室资源整合、队伍建设、体制与机制创新、实验体系构建、教学改革等方面采取的措施以及取得的成效，改革形成了实验中心独有的结构体系、运行模式及实验教学特色。This paper summaries the methods used by experimental center in respect of the experiment resource allocation, laboratory regrouping, team constructing, system and mechanism innovation, laboratory construction of specialty, experimental teaching reform, etc. systematically on the construction of laboratory and ex- perimental teaching reform with the practice of the School of Materials. This reform helped to form a unique structural system, operation mode and experimental teaching characteristic.
