摘　　要：介绍了清华大学电子工艺实习系列课程的建设与实践。该系列课程已形成认知与技能训练、综合设计训练、应用研究型3个层次的课程体系。搭建了一个以教师为主导、学生为主体的创新实践平台，为多层次、多功能、全方位实践教学提供了良好的条件。Development and practice for electronic technology practice serial courses are analyzed. It consists of three levels of basic technical ability, design and fabrication, and application research. The innovative practice platform with the keynote of ＂students taking the main factor, teachers playing the leading role＂ is constructed. It provides the good condition for multi-level, multi-function and all-direction practice teaching.
