不同品种小麦叶片光合膜PS Ⅰ和PS Ⅱ颗粒光合特性及多肽组分比较

摘  要:比较分析了小麦化杀型杂交种麦优4号及其父本扬麦158和对照品种扬麦5号的叶片光合膜PSⅠ和PSⅡ颗粒荧光发射光谱、电子传递活性及多肽组分。研究结果表明:杂种麦优4号PSⅠ和PSⅡ颗粒具较高的电子传递活性,其光合膜PSⅡ室温荧光发射光谱峰值明显高于其它品种;PSⅡ多肽组分间不存在明显差异,但PSⅠ颗粒的多肽却存在区别。A comparative study was undertaken on the photosynthetic characteristics and polypeptide composition of PSⅠ, PSⅡ particles of hybrid wheat Maiyou 4 and its male parent (Yangmai 158) and CK Yangmai 5 PSⅡ and PSⅠ110 particles were prepared from the flagleaf of wheat. The results showed that PSⅡ, PSⅠ110 particles in Maiyou 4 had higher electrontransport activity. The fluorescence spectrum of PSⅡ particles showed that Maiyou 4 was more captable for fluorescence emission than that of Yangmai 158 and Yangmai 5. Further experiment demonstrated that the polypeptide composition of PSⅡ particles in Maiyou 4 was basically the same as that in Yangmai 158 and Yangmai 5. But there was difference in polypeptide composition of PSⅠ particles in different wheat varieties.
