摘 要:采用7日龄公雏进行三系列实验,对照组分别饲喂含大麦31%,50%和66%的基础日糖,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加粗酶制剂0.2%,0.1%和0.1%,持续饲喂14d。结果表明,粗酶制剂添加于大麦基础日粮可显著提高雏鸡增重(P<0.05),且使其血清三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)显著升高(P<0.05),生长激素(GH)含量及T3/T4值有上升趋势,而对胰岛素(Ins)和甲状腺素(T4)含量的影响不显著。Three experiments were conducted to determine the effects of barley based diets supplemented with crude enzyme preparations on growth and some serum metabolic hormones contents in chicks. Sevendayold male chicks were given control diets (basal diets containing 31%, 50% and 66% barley, respectively) or enzyme treatment diets (basal diets same as above, supplemented with 0.2%, 0.1% and 0.1% crude enzyme preparations, respectively) for 14 days in each experiment. Basal diets supplemented with enzyme significantly increased body weight gains (P<0.05) and serum T 3 and TSH contents (P<0.05) in chicks. There were tendencies towards increase in blood GH contents and T 3/T 4 ratio in enzyme treatment groups. However, no significant difference in T 4 and insulin contents between treatment and control groups were observed. The results provided evidence that crude enzyme preparations can influence growth and endocrine functions in chicks.
