摘  要:职业价值观是影响个体职业选择的重要因素。本研究选取河南省某幼儿师范专科学校的学生,运用问卷法对其职业价值观进行了调查,结果表明:学前教育专业专科生整体的职业价值观依重视程度大小依次是:人际关系、自我发展、物质生活、贡献、威望、家族;在自我发展、物质生活、威望、家族等方面,三种类型的专科生存在显著差异;职业价值观的某些方面与户口情况、父亲职业、母亲职业、父亲学历、母亲学历、家庭月收入存在显著相关;学前教育专业专科生首选单位的排序为:小学、公立幼儿园、其他单位、私立幼儿园、个人办园。Professional values is an important factor when a person is searching a job. This study was based on a questionnaire survey of three types of college students in preschool education. The results showed that: The order of every dimension given by the college students was: interpersonal relationship,self- development ,material well being, contribution, power,family; These three types of college students in "self- development material well being power" and "family" were statistically significant; These three types of college students' professional values also has significant differences with personal situation; Most college students in preschool education chose teacher in primary school as their wanted job.
