摘  要:[目的]为综合评价水质状况和保护人体健康提供参考,同时为建立太湖生态监测机制提供基础资料。[方法]利用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术对湖州市太湖南岸的水质进行了检测,测定相同采样点不同月份的水样微核千分率(MCN)、污染指数(PI)及主要化学指标,并进行统计分析。[结果]经南太湖水处理的蚕豆根尖细胞出现微核和染色体畸变,可观察到单微核、双微核、三微核、分裂后期染色体桥和染色体断片。太湖水质污染比较严重,各月份MCN和对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01),5月份湖水污染最为严重,其PI值达到4.08。太湖水质主要污染物为氮、磷等营养盐和耗氧有机物。[结论]对被污染水体的治理提出了有价值的建议,为治理太湖污染提供了科学借鉴。[ Objective] The reference for the integrated evaluation of water quality and the protection of human health and the basic data in the establishment of the mechanism of ecological monitor in Talhu Lake were provided. [Method] The water quality of the southern Taihu Lake was monitored with the micronuclens technique of Viciafaba mot tip cell and the main chemic indexes such as MCN and PI in the samples at fixed place in different months were determined and statistically analyzed. [Results] The micronueleus and chromosomal aberrations in the Viciafaba root tip cells, which were treated with southern Taihu Lake water, could be observed, including the single micro-nuclear, two micronuclei, three micronuclei, anaphase chromosome bridge and chromosome fragment. The water pollution in the southern Taihu Lake was heavy and the MCN was significant difference( P 〈 0.01) between the months and the CK, respectively. The PI of the sample taken in May was the highest(4.08), which indicated the water pollution was most serious. Major pollutant in the southern Taihu Lake was nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus and other organic matter of oxygen consumption. [ Conclusion] The valuable suggestion on how to administer the polluted water was advised which could be taken as scientific reference for the environmental improvement of southern Taohu Lake.
