耐药蛋白及C-erbB-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中P-gp、GST-π和C-erbB-2的表达及其与临床病理因素和预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测48例乳腺癌组织中P-gp、GST-π和C-erbB-2的表达,对其病理组织学改变和5年生存率进行综合分析。结果:P-gp、GST-π在不同组织学分级、不同淋巴结转移数的乳腺癌组织中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C-erbB-2在不同组织学分级、不同淋巴结转移数的乳腺癌组织中的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C-erbB-2表达阳性的乳腺癌,其组织P-gp的阳性率显著高于C-erbB-2表达阴性的乳腺癌组织(P<0.05);5年内生存者GST-π和C-erbB-2表达阳性率明显低于5年内死亡者(P<0.01)。结论:P-gp参与乳腺癌的原发耐药机制,C-erbB-2表达阳性的乳腺癌发生原发性耐药的可能性较大,C-erbB-2为评估乳腺癌预后较有价值的指标。Objective： To discuss the relation between expression of P-gp.GST-π and C-erbB-2 in breast cancer tissue and its clinical pathology as well as its prognosis. Methods： Immunohistochemical method was adopted to measure expression of P-gp.GST-πand C-erbB-2 in 48 cases of breast cancer, and histopathologic changes as well as 5-year survival rate of these cases were analyzed. Results： There was no significant difference in expression of P-gp and GST- π in breast cancer with different histology class and lymphatic metastasisi number （P〉 0.05）.There was significant difference in expression of C-erbB-2 in breast cancer with different histology class and lymphatic metastasisi number（P〈 0.05）. Positive rate of P-gp expression in breast cancer with positive C-erbB-2 expression was remarkably higher than that in breaSt cancer with negative C-erbB-2 expression （P 〈 0.05）. Positive rate of GST-πand C-erbB-2 expression in survivals within 5 years was remarkably lower than that in deaths within 5 years （P 〈 0.01）i Conclusions P-gp participates primary drug-resistance mechanism of breast cancer; the possibility of primary drug-resistance is higher in breast cancer with positive C-erbB-2i expression, expression of C-erbB-2 helps to evalu- ate prognosis of breast cancer.
