摘  要:目的研究猫内侧膝状体(medial geniculate body,MGB)的立体定位与主要亚核团的三维可视化及其与听皮层(auditory cortex,AC)的神经投射。方法在细胞构筑及采用辣根过氧化物酶(Horseradish Peroxidase,HRP)、生物素葡聚糖胺(biotinylated dextran amine,BDA)进行神经追踪基础上,建立猫内侧膝状体及听皮层冠状切片的二维数据库,通过软件Amira实现可视化及三维建模。结果1.猫内侧膝状体腹侧群(MGBv)、背侧群(MGBd)以及内侧群(MGBm)三个主要亚核团的重建模型真实、精确,再现了猫右脑半球内MGB各亚核团的自然形态及毗邻。2.内侧膝状体各亚核团的构成方式、听皮层的层状分布模式、广义听皮层内部各亚区之间的配布模式之间存在着相对应的组构格局。结论细胞构筑、神经示踪、组织化学染色和数字人图像处理技术相结合,实现了内侧膝状体主要亚核团的三维重建,对听觉通路的相关研究和小核团的数字解剖学研究具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the projections and 3D reconstruction of medial genieulate body and auditory cortex in cat. Methods Projections in adult cats' medial geniculate body and auditory cortex were studied using biotinylated dextran amines and horseradish peroxidase. The 2D data-base of the cat' MGB and auditory cortex was obtained from coronal serial sections. Finally, the 3D structure and visualization were made by Amira. Results 1.3D visualization models of MGBv, MGBd and MGBm were realistic and vivid, which redemonstrated the natural shape and abutted relationship of MGB in eat right cerebral hemisphere. 2.The results show that the subdivisions of the MGB have consistent patterns of laminar and areal distribution to different auditory cortex. Conclusions 3D digital models of MGBv, MGBd and MGBm were successfully constructed by combination of cytoarchitecture, neural tracing, histochemical stain and digital human techniques. This reconstruction of MGB in cerebral hemisphere had obvious application value for the research in auditory pathway and the digitalization of subnucleus.
