摘 要:宫颈癌是最常见妇科恶性肿瘤之一,发病与人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染密切相关,其中HPV16/18型最常见。脆性组氨酸三联体(fragile histidine triad,FHIT)基因是近年在染色体3p区域发现的候选抑癌基因,在人类许多肿瘤组织和细胞系中表现为高频率缺失和异常转录。FHIT基因可被HPV插入整合,这二者之间可能存在某种关联而共同参与宫颈癌的发病,因此FHIT基因及蛋白表达的检测有望和HPV一起作为宫颈癌早期诊断和基因治疗的工具。Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecologic cancer and secondary to breast cancer in disease incidence and mortality. It is closely related to the infection of human papillomavirus (HPV), especially HPV16/18. The fragile histidine triad (FHIT) gene is a kind of candidate anti-oneogene and found on chromosome 3p in recent years. FHIT gene is high-frequently absent and abnormally transcribed in many human tumor tissues and cell lines. It has been identified that HPV can be inserted and integrated into the FHIT gene. There may be some correlations between HPV and FHIT genes, and they together participate in the pathogenesis of cervical cancer. Hence detection of FHIT gene and protein could be used as tools in early diagnosis and gene therapy of cervical cancer same as HPV.
