膀胱灌注顺铂引起急性过敏反应6例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察膀胱癌术后膀胱内灌注顺铂的安全性.方法回顾性分析2002年1月至2004年12月间70例膀胱癌术后病人顺铂(40mg/次)膀胱灌注的不良反应.结果发生急性过敏反应6例,发生率为8.57%,其中1例发生过敏性休克.6例过敏反应分别发生在灌注第11、13、14、16、16、21次,平均15.2次时,其中2例在膀胱镜有创操作后发生,发生在灌注后3～20min.结论膀胱癌术后膀胱内灌注顺铂大部分能耐受,但需注意急性过敏反应,建议灌注后留院观察.Objective To investigate the reliability of eisplaitin intravesieal instillation after the operation of the bladder cancer. Methods We retrospectively analysed the adverse reactions of eisplatin instillation in 70 eases of bladder cancer operated in our hospital during 2002 to 2004. Results There were 6 eases （6/70, 8.57% ） of anaphylaxis happened in this group during our follow up period, including one ease of anaphylaetie shock. None of them happened at the first time of cisplatin instillation, however, they oceurreneed at the 15.2 times of instillation in average. Most of them happened in 3 to 20 minutes after the instillation. Conclusions Most of the patients have a good tolerance to eisplatin instillation after the operation of bladder cancer. However, some acute anaphylaxis may happen, so a period of observation after the cisplatin instillation should be regarded.
