卵磷脂络合碘片与益脉康片在眼出血性疾病中的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价卵磷脂络合碘(lincorice-lecithin bound iodine,LB)I和益脉康治疗玻璃体浑浊、视网膜静脉阻塞性等眼出血性疾病临床疗效.方法随机将111例眼出血性疾病患者分成LBI组(56例)和益脉康组(55例),两组患者患者分别服用LBI和益脉康片,连续服用60d.结果卵磷脂络合碘片对眼出血性疾病有效率为87.5%,脉康片对眼出血性疾病有效率为85.5%,但两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论卵磷脂络合碘片与益脉康片在治疗眼出血性疾病时疗效无明显差异.Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of lecithin-bound iodine and Yimaikang tablet in the treatment of different hemorrhagic eye disease （vitreous hemorrhage/opacity, branch retinal vein occlusion）. Methods 111 eyes of 111 cases suffering from different hemorrhagic eye disease were randomized divided into two groups, the Lineoriee-leeithin Bound Iodine group （n = 56） and the Yimaikang tablet group （n = 55 ）. The LBI group was administered earbazoehrome 0.2 mg three times per day. The Yimaikang tablet group was administered Yimaikang tablet 80 mg three times per day. Changes of visual acuity, eye hemorrhage and other complications were examined in the period of 60 follow-up days. Result LBI was effective for different hemorrhagic eye disease and the total efficacy rate was 87.5 %, Yimaikang tablet was also effective for the same eye disease and the total efficacy rate was 85.5% ; the difference of effect between the two groups was not statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion LBI and Yimaikang table thave the same efficaciousness in the treatment of hemorrhage.
