摘  要:为了更好地进行数控精加工的表面形貌仿真,需要对仿真精度与速度加以控制与提高,并对刀位轨迹进行合理生成与优化。在借鉴曲面重构法与多余数据"消冗"思想的基础上,采用优化离散矢量模型对毛坯体进行建模,通过毛坯体与刀具扫描体进行合理求交运算,借助MATLAB程序设计语言编程,生成优化的刀位轨迹,获得了理想的表面形貌。In order to make the surface form simulation of NC finish machining better, the precision and the speed of simulation should be controlled and improved. So it's necessary to make the tool path generated and optimized in reason. Based on the idea about surface reconstruction and the deletion for the superabundance data, the model for the roughcast was established with optimized discrete vector model. Through the algorithm between the roughcast and the cutter scanner, the optimized tool path was attained, and the perfect surface form was obtained.
