摘　　要：目的:研究DNA修复基因hOGG1多态性与新疆哈萨克族食管癌易感性的关系。方法:采用病例-对照研究方法,以聚合酶链式反应-连接酶检测反应(polymerase chain reaction-ligase detection reaction,PCR-LDR)技术,分析了132例哈萨克族食管癌患者(病例组)和133名正常对照者(对照组)hOGG1基因rs2072668C/G位点基因型分布,并比较不同基因型与食管癌发病风险的关系。结果:CC、CG、GG基因型在病例组中的频率分别为25.2%、51.3%和23.5%,在对照组中是28.3%、54.3%和17.4%,两组间基因型频率分布差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.206,P=0.547);携带hOGG1G变异基因与哈萨克族食管癌危险性无明显相关(OR=1.203,95%CI=0.818～1.770)。结论:hOGG1基因rs2072668C/G位点多态性与新疆地区哈萨克族食管癌易感性无相关性。Objective： To determine the association between the human 8-hydroxyguanine glycosylase （hOGG1） rs2072668 C/G polymorphism and the susceptibility of esophageal cancer in Kazakh nationality. Methods： A case-control study was conducted. The polymorphism of hOGG1 gene at rs2072668 C/G position was analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-ligase detection reaction （PCR-LDR） methods in 132 esophageal cancer cases and 133 non-cancer controls. The frequencies of genotype and allele and the association between the genetic polymorphisms and cancer risk were analyzed. Results. The frequency of CC, CG and GG genotypes in the case subjects were 25.2%, 51.3% and 23.5% respectively and in the control sub- jects were 28.3%, 54.3% and 17.4%, No significant difference was observed in the frequency of hOGG1 genotypes between cases and controls （X^2=1. 206, P =0. 547）. No significantly increased risk for esophageal cancer was observed for those carrying G allele in Kazakh nationality （OR = 1. 203;95% CI =0. 818-1. 770）. Conclusion. hOGG1 rs2072668 C/G polymorphism is unlikely to be associated with the susceptibility of esophageal cancer.
