摘  要:目的研究荧光金(FG)逆行追踪法研究大鼠屏状核的传入神经纤维联系。方法健康成年SD大鼠20只,通过立体定位,插入吸有荧光金的微玻管,用微电流将荧光金导入屏状核以追踪传入神经元的分布。结果在大脑嗅球、前嗅核、躯体感觉皮质、运动皮质、额叶联络皮质、眶外侧、内侧皮质及扣带皮质、边缘皮质、丘脑、岛叶皮质等区域发现有阳性标记FG细胞。结论屏状核与大脑各部有广泛的纤维联系,接受来自嗅球、大脑皮质、丘脑及边缘系统等处的神经纤维传入。Objective A fluorogold (FG) retrograde tracing technique was used to study the afferent projections of the claustrum in the rat. Methods Put the rat in stereotaxic apparatus, a microglasstube containing fluorogold was inserted into the rat brain,then using microelectric current introduce fluorogold into the claustrmn to examine the origin of the afferent input of the claustrum. Results The distribution of FG-labeled neurons was observed under fluorescent microscope. It was found that the FG-labeled neurons were mainly distributed in the areae of anterior olfactory nucleus,olfactory bulb,the primary somatesensory cortex ( S1, S2), primary motor cortex ( M1 ), primary motor cortex (M2), latera orbital cortex (LO),medial orbital cortex (MO). There were also some FG-labeled neurons found in cingulated cortex,areal (cgl),the prelimbic cortex (PrL) ,dorsal thalamus and the insula cortex. Conclusion The claustrum have widespread connects to the various cortical regions. It received afferent input from the olfactory bulb,cerebral cortex,thalamus and limbic system.
