摘　　要：近年来,我国的公共信息资源管理发展条件日益具备:理论研究逐步深入,基础条件日益充分,实施环境也不断优化。要进一步推进我国公共信息资源管理的发展,应积极探索构建中国式公共信息资源管理理论体系,推动公共信息资源管理规范化,同时优化公共信息资源管理的实施氛围。In recent years, the conditions of developing China＇s public information resources management are increasingly possessing： the gradual deepening of theoretical research, an increasingly full of the basic conditions and continuous improvement of the macro environment. To promote China＇s new era of public information resources management, we should actively explore building a Chinese style of public information resources management theory research, standardize and scientific the government＇s public information resources management, and improve the operating environment of public information resources management.
