摘　　要：本文对水稻雄性不育及育性基因定位的研究进行了综述,主要阐述了水稻核质互作雄性不育和细胞核雄性不育的类型及育性相关基因的定位,以期为深入研究和应用水稻雄性不育及其基因定位提供参考。In this paper, the research progresses of the male sterile and molecular mapping of the male sterile gene in rice were summarized involving the main types of male sterility in rice and its main research progress, the molecular mapping of nucleo-cytoplasmic interaction male sterility gene and nucleus male sterile gene, which would facilitate the further studies on male sterile genes and their application in rice.
