摘 要:从某农药厂排污口的污泥中采集样品,经驯化富集后筛选到1株能高效降解氯氟氰菊酯的细菌X2。在30℃,pH7.0基础培养基中,该菌在7d内对浓度为200mg/L的氯氟氰菊酯的降解率为77.2%。依据生理生化特征及16SrDNA测定分析,将该菌株确定为鞘氨醇杆菌属(Sphingobacterium sp.)。降解特性研究表明,在温度25—30℃,pH为7.0—8.0的条件下,该菌株能有效降解氯氟氰菊酯,因而可以将其应用于氯氟氰菊酯污染土壤的生物修复。A bacterium X2 capable of utilizing cyhalothrin as sole carbon source was isolated from wastewater treating system of a pesticide manufacturer. For the optimal pH and temperature for the degradation were 7.0 and 30℃, respectively, this bacterium could degrade 77. 2% of 200 mg/L eyhalothrin in 7 days. This bacterium was identified as Sphingobacterium sp. according to its physiological & biochemical analysis and the similarity analysis of its 16S rDNA sequence. The cyhalothrin could be degraded over a temperature range of 25-30℃ and pH range 7.0-8.0. The results indicated that strain X2 had potential use in bioremediation of cyhalothrin contaminated soil.
