桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤115例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法将115例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组又分为调整剂量组和常规剂量组。实验组口服不同剂量的桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,对照组口服米非司酮治疗。比较三组疗效以及实验组中调整剂量组和常规剂量组的不良反应。结果调整剂量组的总有效率高于对照组的总有效率(P<0.05),对月经量过多的改善率调整剂量组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),与对照组比较调整剂量组子宫肌瘤体积有明显缩小(P>0.05),调整剂量组和常规剂量组不良反应的发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊用于治疗子宫肌瘤有明显疗效,尤其治疗头2个月适当增加剂量,在不增加不良反应的情况下更能提高疗效,有其临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Guizhi Fuling Jiaonang（GFJ） in cases with hysteromyoma. Methods Divided 115 cases with hysteromyoma into experimental group treated with GFJ - adjusted dose group and conventional dose group-and control group treated with mifepristone. Made a comparision on curative effect and side effect among groups. Results The total effective rate of adjusted dose group was higher than control group（P 〈 0. 05）, the improvement rate of adjusted group on mentrual blood increase was higher than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the decrease of hysteromyoma capacity of adjusted dose group was more significant than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, the difference of incidence rate of side effect between conventional dose group and adjusted dose group was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion GFJ is significantly effective in cases with hysteromyoma, and have clinical value. Especially, properly increasing dose during the initial two months can improve it, s curative effect without more side effect.
