血清CEA、CA_(125)、CA_(199)、CA_(153)联检在肺癌中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的评价血清CEA、CA125、CA199、CA153联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值。方法用化学发光法测定45例肺癌患者,50例肺良性疾病患者及30例健康体检者血清CEA、CA125、CA199、CA153水平的变化,评价4项指标联合应用的诊断价值。结果肺癌组血清CEA、CA125、CA199、CA153含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01),单项肿瘤指标CEA、CA125、CA199、CA153的检测敏感性分别为53.3%、48.9%、35.6%、37.8%。联合检测可提高检测的敏感性达87.6%。结论肿瘤标志物CEA、CA125、CA199、CA153的联合检测可提高肺癌的诊断率,可为肺癌的早期诊断提供有价值的资料。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of measuring the four tumor makers （CEA, CA125,CA199,CA153） for diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods These tumor markers in serum were measured with chemiluminescence immunoassay in 45 patients with lung cancer, 50 benign lung diseases and 30 healthy subjects. Results The level of the markers in lung cancer group were all higher than those of benign lung diseases and healthy subjects. The sensitivity of single tumor marker （ CEA、CA125、CA199、CA153 ） was 53.3% , 48.9% ,35.6% ,37.8% respectively. The sensitivity of combined measurement was 87.6%. Conclusion The combined t of serum CEA、CA125、CA199、CA153 significantly increase the sensitivity for lung cancer, and provide useful information for early diagnosis of disease in patients with lung cancer.
