摘　　要：介绍了避孕药的发展状况及其在生物样品中的定量测定方法。现有放射免疫分析、GC-MS法和LC-MS/MS法的灵敏度均较高,其中LC-MS/MS法成为生物样品测定的主要方法。The progress of contraceptives and their quantitative determination methods in biological samples are introduced. The sensitivity of the analysis methods, such as radioimmunoassay, GC-MS and LC-MS/MS are comparatively high. The LC-MS/MS method is the main determination method of biological samples.
