摘  要:生物柴油具有良好的溶解能力。采用贝壳松脂丁醇值法(KB值法)测试了大豆油甲酯、棕榈油甲酯、菜籽油甲酯、麻疯树籽油甲酯的KB值及其与0#柴油混合物的KB值,研究了氟橡胶、丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶与棕榈油甲酯的兼容性。研究结果表明,大豆油甲酯、棕榈油甲酯、菜籽油甲酯和麻疯树籽油甲酯的KB值分别为77.6,79.7,78.7,76.1,0#柴油的KB值为21.6,它们的混合物的KB值与其组成变化呈线性关系,生物柴油的溶解能力明显强于0#柴油。氟橡胶与生物柴油有较好的兼容性,其次是丁腈橡胶。氯丁橡胶与生物柴油不具备兼容性。Biodiesel, the fatty acid esters, is normally a good solvent. The dissolving ability of the biodiesel was expressed as the KB value measured by the Kauri -butanol method. The KB values of the biodiesel (fatty acid methyl esters) derived from soybean oil, palm oil, rapeseed oil and Jatropha curcas L. seed oil, as well as their blends with 0^# diesel were measured. Furthermore, the compatibilities of biodiesel with fluoro rubber( FKM), nitrile rubber( NBR), chloroprene rubber(CR) were investigated. The KB values of soybean oil,palm oil,rapeseed oil and Jatropha curcas L. seed oil methyl esters were 77.6,79.7,78.7 and 76.1, respectively. The KB value of 0^# diesel was 21.6 and the KB values of the blends of diesel and biodiesel linearly changed with the composition. Biodiesel had better dissolving ability than 0^# diesel. FKM showed the best compatibility with biodiesel and the NBR followed. On the contrary, CR was incompatible with biodiesel.
