摘　　要：临床医学院是医学生培养的重要场所,其文化建设对医学生的成长起着至关重要的作用。加强临床医学院文化建设,弘扬医德为本,以德树人的精神文化,健全科学规范严谨求实的制度文化,提供学习工作生活良好条件的物质文化,营造文明健康团结和谐的环境文化,加强临床德育教育,以提高医学生综合素质,培养优秀医学生。Clinical medical schools are the most important places for cultivating medical students. And the construction of its culture plays an important role in the growth of medical students. Clinical medical schools ought to reinforce their cultural construction,develop students＇ spirital culture that is the base of medical ethics,cultivate students with morality,develop the system culture which is scientific, normative, precise,and seeking for fact, supply the material culture of learning,working and living, build the environmental culture filled with civilized, healthy, united, and harmonious atmosphere, enhance the clinical moral education to improve students＇ comprehensive quality and finally to cultivate the most excellent medical students.
