临床医学八年制内科学实践教育模式改革的探索

摘　　要：八年制临床医学教育目前更多倾向于强调医学科学理论教育,学生的临床实践能力有所欠缺,毕业后面临住院医师规范化培训的尴尬,有违长学制教育初衷。从内科学入手进行实践教育模式的改革,增强八年制学生的临床技能及思维,有利于培养名副其实的高素质临床医学人才。The 8-year program clinical medical teaching is often inclined to theory education of medical science, so the medical students are relatively lacking of clinical competence. This paper performs some explorations of the practical education pattern reform in 8-year program clinical medical teaching,which is helpful to cultivating medical talents with high quality.
