摘　　要：针对混合法PPVC生产中出现的问题提出了解决办法：改造回流冷凝器，控制聚合物料加热升温阶段的温度比聚合温度高2～3℃，VCM转化率控制在90％～91％，保证原料质量，控制PPVC的黏度。According to the problems occurred during the production of PPVC by mixed method,the solving methods were proposed as follows： reforming the reflux condenser; controlling the temperature of stage of heating raw materials 2-3℃ higher than polymerization temperature;controlling the conversion of VCM at 90% ~91% ; ensuring the quality of raw materials;controlling the viscosity of PPVC.
