摘　　要：重大自然灾害的降临使人们措手不及,其所造成的破坏不仅限于我们的躯体和物质损失,更主要的是可能导致幸存者的心理危机甚至形成严重的精神创伤。相关的研究人员特别是危机干预临床工作者应该对此有进一步的深刻认识,以便逐步构建和完善我们国家在这一领域的宏观应对体系,从而不断提高我们的危机干预水准,有效防治创伤后应激障碍,切实保障社会的发展、稳定与和谐,并且促进当事人的素质提高及心灵成长。The major natural disaster has caused the damage ,which is not limited to our physical and material damage, but is possible to survivors of a major crisis or even the form of the severe psychological trauma. Researchers, especially clinical crisis intervention workers should have a profound understanding further in order to gradually build and improve the macro-system. So that we improve our level of crisis intervention constantly, prevent post-traumatic stress disorder effectively, protect the social stability and harmonious development, and promote the quality of the parties to raise and spiritual growth.
