摘　　要：对Ｐ５３基因的结构、表达调控及其蛋白质的结构和功能进行了介绍，并讨论了Ｐ５３与细胞周期、ＰＣＤ的关系及在肿瘤发生中的重要性。The　structure　and　the　expressing　control　of　P53　gene,and　the　structure　and　functions　of　P53　protein　are　introduced.The　relation　between　the　P53　and　the　programmed　cell　death(PCD),cell　cycle　and　the　importance　of　P53　in　oncogenesis　are　discussed.
