摘  要:[目的]为延长柚果实采后贮藏寿命,提高其商品价值提供理论指导。[方法]新都柚果实生长期套纸袋,成熟后采摘,单果塑膜包装,室温贮藏,每20 d取材1次进行相关指标测定。[结果]套袋果实不易失重;贮藏后期,套袋果可滴定酸含量超过对照;套袋果Vc含量一直高于对照;对照果的MDA累积速率很快,且一直高于套袋果;套袋果与对照果的POD活性变化趋势相反,贮藏40 d后,套袋果的POD活性开始上升,并超过对照;采收时CAT活性低于对照,贮藏80 d时测量,虽低于对照,但差异变小。[结论]套袋果较耐贮藏。[ Objective ] The study aimed to provide references for the extension of pomelo fruits post-harvest shelf-life, enhance the value of their merchandise. [ Method ] Xindu pomelo fruits were bagged during growth, packaging by plastic-bag after ripe, storage at room temperature, every 20 days based on a determination of the relevant indicators. [ Result] The results showed that the bagging-fruits were not easy to lose water ; at the later stage of storage, the content of titratable acid and Vc were higher in bagged than in unbagged fruit, MDA content tended to increase, and it higher in unbagged than in bagged fruits; the trend of POD activity was opposite between hagged and unbagged fruits, after 40 days, POD activity in bagged fruits begin raise and exceed unbagged fruits; when harvesting, CAT activity in bagged was lower than in the unbagged fruits, after 80 days, the difference went to lessen. [ Conclusion] Bagged fruits more fit for storage.
