小肠肿瘤P21蛋白表达意义的研究

摘　　要：应用Ｐ２１蛋白，采用Ｓ－Ｐ免疫组化法，对小肠良恶性肿瘤进行了检测。结果显示：小肠癌阳性率为３９．１３％（２７／６９），癌旁组织为６８．７５％（１１／１６），正常小肠组织为阴性。提示Ｐ２１蛋白的表达对小肠癌的早期诊断有重要意义，而与小肠癌的分化程度、发生部位及转移无关。The expression of P21 protein was studied by immunohistochemical methods in the intestinal cancer.The results showed that:P21 Protein was postitive in 39.13% of intestinal cancer,while in tissues close to cancer,it was hight to 68.75%,NO expression was found in normal intestinal tissue.The results suggest that early stage which paly important roles in the occurrence of intestinal cancer and in the diagnosis.
